Meet Pablo & David
Learning Magician
David Bolla
David started his career in 2014 as a tester at Ericsson. After passing through roles like Test Architect, QA Lead, and Test Manager, he became Quality Strategist at K&H Bank, where he supported 25+ test managers across more than 100 parallel projects. He has given presentations with IIR, HUSTEF, IT Fest and NFI Testforum. Now, over a decade later, he has completed close to twenty assignments and consulting engagements across banking, telecom, ERP, and software companies, he works at Tieto, continuing his focus on quality leadership and test transformation.
The Wise Teacher
Pablo Garcia
Pablo Garcia started in 1996 as a tester for Ericsson. After passing through roles like Test Manager, Project Manager, Program Manager he worked as Senior Total Program Manager managing all the Ericsson Development and Maintenance in India. Now, over 25 years later he has run over 80 assignments besides running his own test companies, he founded the current one, Sharpness, in July 2021. Pablo has spoken at national and International Conferences like SEETEST, Star Canada, NFI, Test management Forum, UCAAT, Nordic Testing days, Testing Portugal and Star West, and has given Testing courses since 2001. Pablo has published 3 books.
